VLocal is a local business directory platform. We offer free and paid subscription plans for vendors. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations are processed.

2. Free Listings

All free business listings on VLocal are provided at no cost. There is nothing to refund for free accounts.

3. Paid Subscription Plans

If you have purchased a paid subscription (Basic, Pro, or Premium), the following terms apply: • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. • No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period unless required by applicable law. • If you cancel within 7 days of initial purchase and have not used premium features, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered in the following cases: • Duplicate payment due to a technical error • Subscription charged after cancellation confirmation • You contacted support within 7 days of first purchase (new customers only) Refunds are not applicable for: • Change of mind after 7 days • Partial use of the subscription period • Promotional or discounted plans

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@vlocal.in with: • Your registered email address • Order/payment ID • Reason for refund request We will review and respond within 5–7 business days.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
