By accessing or using VLocal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Business Listings

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information. Falsely claiming ownership of a business or providing misleading information may result in immediate removal of the listing and account termination.

4. Reviews & Content

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Fake reviews, incentivized reviews, or reviews that violate our content guidelines will be removed. Users may not post defamatory, hateful, or illegal content on our platform.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use VLocal for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or harvest data, to send spam, to impersonate others, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

6. Intellectual Property

VLocal and its content, features, and functionality are owned by VLocal and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

VLocal is not responsible for the accuracy of business information, the quality of services provided by listed businesses, or any transactions between users and businesses. We provide a platform for discovery, not a guarantee of quality.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we believe pose a risk to other users or the platform, without notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
